Liberty Square Condominium Owners Association is managed by RowCal.  The monthly dues "assessments" vary by Unit (4 different amounts).   For questions regarding "assessment" due dates and other payment information, please get in touch with the Property Management company.

The Association's Fiscal year runs from January to December.

If any owner needs current finances or the approved budget, please get in touch with the manager.

Board Meetings are held by Zoom at 5:30 PM.  The 2024 meeting schedule: February, August, and September.   All meetings are open for anyone to attend.  Please contact Derek to verify the meeting time/date or to be placed on the agenda.
